Purposes of personal data processing: issuance of a tax document, contacting the customer regarding the order, fulfillment of the contract, processing of the request sent via the contact form or other legitimate interest. Personal data may not be further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes.
Recipients - operator of the internet shop / website www.n1designs.com, accounting company, courier company, company Moderné Webstránky s.r.o. providing technical operation of the e-shop.
Brokers - recipients of data such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords with which we have brokerage agreements.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise provide your personal information to other third parties other than the intermediaries mentioned in the previous point.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
1. The processing of personal data (name, surname, title, street and number, postal code, city) is necessary according to a special regulation or an international agreement by which the Slovak Republic is bound. Especially according to Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax.
2. Processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the performance of the contract.
3. If you have agreed to receive the newsletter, which you can revoke at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in any information leaflet or by email request.

In the case of registration on the e-shop, the customer has the right to delete the account by sending a request to the operator's e-mail or by clicking on the delete account button in the interface of his account.
