Terms of Delivery
The N1Designs team is always working to ensure that your order is sent to you as soon as possible. Production of stickers takes 2-5 working days, if it should be more due to the large number of orders you will always be contacted. The production of clothing (eg MX, MTB set or sweatshirt and accessories) takes a little longer. The production process takes approximately 7-21 working days.
Of course, the delivery of your order also depends on the shipping and DELIVERY companies. The days we write are the approximate number of days. This does not mean that it is always the exact time after placing an order online. Should a situation arise where the product you have ordered will not be available or will be delayed, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone.

PACKAGE TRACKING:
You will always receive the tracking number of the shipment when WE send it from our warehouse. Or you can log in to your account if you are registered with us and check your shipment tracking there. If you do not have an account on our site, you will receive tracking information via email.
All shipment numbers work after the first scan. Sometimes it can happen that the tracking number shows as valid, but it was only scanned by the transport company, but shows it as invalid. After a few hours, however, it will work.
The times of the transport companies are estimated. N1 Designs s.r.o. is not responsible for delays of transport companies caused by weather or other events. If you have additional questions about transportation to your specific location, please email us at info@n1designs.com.
